2. Avoid head bumps
After hair transplantation, it is necessary to avoid the movement of the head bumps, such as basketball. When you go out or drive, avoid bumping. If there is a bump, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible.

3. The scabs peel off by itself.

4. Hemostasis is necessary for bleeding
After hair transplantation, there is slight bleeding in the wound and transplantation area. It can be gently pressed with sterile gauze. Usually, bleeding can be stopped in 3-5 minutes.
Errhysis is a normal phenomenon. It can be stopped by pressing sterile gauze and medical sterile cotton ball. The serious situation requires return visit examination.
5. Postoperative Shampoo
The transplanters can wash their hair in four days after transplantation, but they should decide whether to wash it or not according to the condition of wound recovery and the doctor's advice.
When cleaning hair, use non-irritating shampoo to gently rinse the hair, but in order to ensure that the hair follicles are not injured,touch the scalp gently as little as possible.
6. Step-by-step exercise
After hair transplantation,normal exercise can be done in 10 days and strenuous exercise can only be performed in15 days .
Postoperative recovery is also a gradual process.If you have not recovered well, you increase the intensity of your activity, which will lead to excessive sweat and irritation to wounds and hair follicles.
7. No Smoking, No Alcohol, No Spicy food
After the operation, the hair transplanter should strictly prohibit smoking (including second-hand smoking),drinking alcohol and avoid stimulating food during one month.
The reason is that the composition of cigarettes and alcohol are not conducive to the recovery of surgery. In addition, irritating food can easily lead to inflammation and allergy after hair transplantation, which will affect the presentation of the effect.
